At Western Fertility Institute, we realize that understanding both the medical and financial obligations during the treatment process can be challenging.  Navigating your insurance coverage can be complicated. Western Fertility Institute is here to help you understand your coverage. Helping our patients take the guesswork out of insurance coverage lets them focus on the medical aspect of their journey to parenthood.

By providing us with your insurance information, we will do a detailed benefit check to determine your coverage for diagnostic testing and ART procedures.

We accept most major medical plans such as:

  • United Healthcare

  • Win Fertility

Even if your health plan is not listed you still may have coverage. Our team is here to help see what coverage you do have and to help you explore your options. If your insurance company covers infertility and the treatment of infertility up to and including IVF, we will be happy to bill your insurance for these services. We are happy to bill both in-network and out-of-network insurance carriers.

Some carriers require authorization for treatment. Western Fertility Institute will assist in obtaining authorization for your treatment by working closely with you on each step of your journey.

For patients with little to no insurance coverage you still have options. To make the process financially seamless we have developed comprehensive cash discounted financial plans which cover the majority of financial obligations to the clinic.  With this comprehensive pricing our patients can focus on their medical treatment outlined by the physician.
